Uninstall McAfee agent 4.x

Open Programs and Features
From the Run-> appwiz.cpl

Choose McAfee Agent, Right click and uninstall.

- Open command line(cmd)

- Go to Agent installation folder - The default is:
 c:\Program Files\McAfee\Common Framework\

- run the command: FrmInst.exe /forceuninstall
