Support is seeing an increase in customer calls regarding data channel failures after upgrading to ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.3.3.
If you have upgraded ePO to 5.3.3 and the data channel is working fine, or if you are not using ePO 5.3.3, then this does not apply to you.
The underlying issue has been identified as a configuration issue on the OS and a solution is available.
