McAfee Active Response 2.0 Patch 1 Now Available

McAfee Active Response (MAR) 2.0.1 is now available. This release includes new features, fixes, and enhancements including:

Enhancements

• UI improvements
• Code injection and process accessed events
• Improved filtering of false positives
• Microsoft Windows 10 (Redstone 2) support

Fixes

• Unicode for Latin threat names appears correctly in Remediation History
• Files marked as Known Malicious are properly remediated after installing McAfee® Advanced Threat Defense 10.5.1
• When opening the Active Response Workspace, the default selection is empty. Data populates the Affected Hosts list and Trace timeline after you select a threat from the Potential Threats list
• Active Response supports OpenSSL version 1.0.2k-1
• A search query using the WinRegistry collector with brackets { } in the keypath returns the correct result
