McAfee Active Response Hotfix 2.0.1.171 is now available.
This hotfix includes the following fixes:
• McAfee Active Response client includes a fix in Hookcore that corrects infinite looping and increased CPU consumption.
• Trace rules were enhanced to improve Active Response performance.
• Known trusted processes spotify.exe, chrome.exe, and firefox.exe are no longer traced and listed as potential threats.
• The Mozilla Firefox uninstaller is no longer flagged as a High Risk threat.
